Troubleshooting USB issues with M1-based MacBook
If you are experiencing USB connection issues with your Thunderbolt™ 3 dock while using it with an M1-
based MacBook®, there are some simple troubleshooting steps you can follow to help remedy the issue.
Step 1:
Shut down your MacBook.
Step 2:
Remove power from your dock.
Step 3:
Disconnect the Thunderbolt 3 cable from your computer and switch to the Thunderbolt port it is
connected to on your MacBook.
Step 4:
Reconnect power to your dock and then turn your MacBook back ON.
Following these steps should bring back any USB connections on your dock and make them stable again. For
