Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Could this machine do wall and waterline cleaning?
A: This pool cleaner is specifically designed for floor cleaning only. It does not support wall or
waterline cleaning.
Q: Will obstacles such as steps, shallow water areas, drains, slopes, etc., in the swimming pool
affect the running?
A: The machine operates best on flat floors. High obstacles may cause the device to become
stuck.
Q: Why does the device continue to beep, or the impeller does not rotate after the cleaner is
fully immersed in the water?
A: Check if the flipper is stuck. Remove the cleaner from the pool and attempt to manually rotate
the flipper. If the issue persists, contact the after-sales service (support@wybotpool.com).
Q: Why did I set the cycle timer, but it didn't work?
A: Ensure the cleaner is fully charged before selecting a cycle cleaning. Once placed in the pool,
avoid restarting or charging it, as this could reset the previously set program.
Q: Why does the device not reverse while touching the wall?
A: 1. Check if the machine has no power and automatically parked by the wall.
2. Examine if the swing plate is stuck; clear the movable cavity if necessary.
3. Verify if there are any obstacles hindering the machine.
Q: Why does my machine not have full coverage for the floor?
A: 1. Check if you've set the proper wheel angle according to your pool shapes.
2. Shut down the swimming pool water circulation system.
