Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Why won't the machine charge?
A:1,Turn off the device before charging, as it won't charge when powered on.
2,Ensure there is no water in the charging port; dampness at the charging port may cause the
machine to fail to charge or the charging port to become corroded.
3,Inspect the charging port for debris that might block the connection, and ensure the charger
is properly connected.
4,Check if the brass at the end of the charging cord has fallen off.
5,Verify that the charger indicator is red during charging; if not, contact Winny customer
service.
Q: Why is there a red light on the machine after being turned on?
A:1,If it's a solid red light, it means the motor is stuck; please check the impeller and clean foreign
debris.
2,If it's a flashing red light, it means the device is not fully covered by water; please restart and
put it into the pool immediately. Ensure the water depth is over 0.5m.
Q: Why is my device not cleaning or climbing my pool walls?
A:1,Check the roller brush for excessive wear. If the brush is in poor condition, contact Wybot
customer service for a replacement roller brush.
2,Check if your pool walls are slippery construction materials or curved. If so, stick the floating
pads; contact Wybot customer service for instructions.
3,Ensure the filter basket is clean before each use, as solidified debris may prevent the device
from operating at full capability.
4,If your pool has curved walls, this will affect the device's ability to traverse your pool's walls.
Q: Why is my device floating on the water surface?
A: Ensure that you've exhausted air before putting the machine into the pool. Turn on the
machine and hold it for 30 seconds until all the bubbles are out.
Q: Why do the front wheels of the machine lift?
A: Examine whether the filter basket is obstructed by fine debris. The filter has small pores, and if
they become blocked by tiny particles, it hinders proper water drainage, leading to imbalance
and the lifting of the machine's front wheels. To prevent this issue, regularly clean the filter
basket, especially if your pool has an excess of debris.
