Single Pole Switch with Power Outlet
To avoid fire, shock, or death, TURN OFF POWER at circuit breaker or fuse and test that power
is off before wiring! - Use only with copper or copper clad wire -
SPECIFICATION
Single Pole Switch with Power Outlet.
15A 60Hz 120VAC – 1800W Max - Separate Feed Wiring Capable.
INSTALLATION
Caution: Break-off-fin should be removed for Separate Feed (2 circuit) and Switched Outlet installation.
Shut off power at the circuit breaker or fuse. See Warning.

Remove insulation from wires (approximately 3/8" to 5/8"). The HOT terminals have the dark colored

screws. Loop each wire around their respective terminal screw per the diagram below.
3. Fasten Screws securely. Terminal screws accept up to #12AWG copper or copper clad wire
4. Mount the switch using the long mounting screws provided. Attach wall plate.
Restore power at the circuit breaker or fuse. See Warning.

wired to one HOT circuit.
Note: For Separate Feed and/or Switched Outlet Configuration wiring, the break off fin located in between the dark colored
screws should be removed before wiring. Use a Flat Head screw driver to bend the fin until it breaks off.
