INSTALLING YOUR SPEAKER

The BC15 can stand on its own on stable surfaces or you can mount it for stability.

  • Avoid mounting the speaker in direct sunlight or high temperature areas.
  • Avoid running the cable across sharp metal edges or moving parts.
  • Do not block air conditioning or heating vents.
  • Avoid airbag deployment zones to ensure proper performance and prevent injury.

To mount the speaker, use the mounting bracxket as a template to mark drilling holes. Drill holes and screw in the bracket.. Align the speaker with the adjustment knob holes in the bracket and screw in the adjustment knobs.

Insert the audio plug into the EXT. SP jack of your Bearcat CB or scanner.

Remove unwanted background noise from incoming transmissions with the noise filter button. Press the button once to turn the noise filter ON. The button remains down. Press it again to release it and turn the noise filter OFF.
