What's in the box

Setting Up

• Take mount apart by loosening the two screws near the bushing/pads and gently pulling off the aluminum rails.

1. Test rail fit on handlebars. If necessary, temporarily tie back the brake and shifter cables to provide clear access to the mid-section of the handlebars.

• If it fits, proceed to step 2.

2. Select the bushing/pad combination that fits.

• Gently squeeze bushing and slide into rail.

3. Push pad directly into pin locators in the base of each clamping block.

• Place the first rail on the handlebars with the gap facing forwards. Check that the rail teeth are facing outwards towards the handlebar grip.
  

• Loosen the bridge s clamping blocks until you see the complete arrow.
• Insert the bridge into the rail on one side only. You can leave the other rail o at this stage.
• Check that the bridge is placed the correct way up as shown (larger gap on down side... this will rotate around and under the Stem in its final position).

• Insert one mounting body on to the rail with the A shaped receiver facing down as illustrated.

• Insert the second mounting body on to the rail above the first mount with the A shaped receiver facing up as illustrated.
  NOTE: You can rotate the whole assembly forwards to allow space for a second Mounting Body to be mounted beside the first.

• Attach the second rail as illustrated.

• Rotate the assembly until the bridge rests on the under side of the handlebar stem. This will prevent the mount from rotating when using accessories.

• You are now ready to use Thule Pack 'n Pedal accessories.
