    SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Please make sure to read these instructions in the manual carefully before using the device for safety and proper use. Do NOT touch or insert any items into the optical unit/lens. Putting foreign substances inside the optical unit or touching the inner part of the lens can affect image quality causing the images to become blurred or unclear.

    HOW TO USE THE DEVICE CONTENTS ATTACHING DEVICE TO PHONE Press switch button of the dpiHarris device for 3 seconds until LED light blinks. Attach the metal guide to your phone. Attach the dpiHarris device on the metal guide of the smart phone or the phone cover.

    HOW SET UP DEVICE DEVICE ACTIVATION / DEVICE SET UP After the Login is successful, app will automatically search for an available device to connect. Please ensure that dpHarris device is switched ON prior to app login and phone’s BLUETOOTH is ON as well.

    HOW SET UP DEVICE DEVICE CALIBRATION GUIDELINES ON HOW TO PROPERLY ATTACH DEVICE TO SMARTPHONE AND HOW TO USE CALIBRATION PAPER To perform the calibration, make sure you have the CMA Hair device correctly attached to the smartphone allowing ideal alignment of the camera lens and the CMA Hair device peephole.

    HOW SET UP DEVICE CALIBRATING DEVICE After adjustment of the device’s preview magnification, next step would be to capture image of the calibration paper. Ensure that the middle red dot is at the center of the field - of – view (FoV), or say at the center of the peephole of the CMA Hair device.

    ANALYSIS FLOW SELECT MODE OF ANALYSIS The analysis can be performed in one of two modes: ‘Customer and 'Quick Analysis' mode CUSTOMER When selected, this option allows you to manage existing customer profiles or register a new one using the function “Add Customer”, which requires to input specific details of the customer including name, age, and gender, and save all information for the next and succeeding analysis sessions.

    ANALYSIS FLOW ANALYZING SCALP HYDRATION 1. Select the Scalp Hydration icon 2. Place the Moisture Sensor of the device directly onto the scalp and tap button on the screen to detect moisture on the scalp. MOSTURE SENSOR TAP HERE 3. Press Next button to proceed to next measurement.

    ANALYSIS FLOW ANALYZING SCALP SEBUM 1. Scalp Sebum icon is automatically selected on the app. 2. To collect oil from scalp, dab the pink area of the Sebum Paper on the scalp for 3 seconds. SEBUM PAPER 3. Place Sebum Paper in front of camera, capture image of it by pressing the CAMERA icon, make sure that captured image should only show the pink side of the paper.
