    Signal Quality (SQ) should ideally reach 99; minimum acceptable is 50. 5.2 Measurement Conditions The fluid must be free from bubbles and particles. Avoid measuring under turbulent or unstable flow. Maintain a back pressure of at least 0.3 MPa to prevent cavitation. 25-0790 © Icon Process Controls Ltd.

    "00" is the minimum signal that could be detected and "99" represents the maximum. Normally, the transducer position should be adjusted repeatedly and coupling compound should be checked frequently until the signal quality detected is as strong as possible. 25-0790 © Icon Process Controls Ltd.

    Step 3: Select 1. Wall Thickness and press to begin editing. Use the Up and Down keys to adjust the values as needed. Press to confirm the modification and return to the previous menu. 25-0790 © Icon Process Controls Ltd.
