Zenkuru Neck Massager Manual
OVERVIEW
Open the package. Make sure the product and accessories are intact before you turn them on.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Please ensuring the following before use
- AC adapter connection: The power adapter interface should be plugged in.
- Switching power adapter should plug the DC socket.
- Begin massaging
- Press the power indicator to start the massager.
- Press the model indicator. You can switch between 3 different massages: Kneading ---> press kneading ---> low speed press-kneading Press the speed indicator, 2 massaging speeds available. Please select the lower speed for initial use.
- Press the heat indicator. The 2 upper nodes will turn red then the heat will start. Press it again and the light turns off.
- Press power the indicator again to turn the massager off. Unplug the power adapter after use.
- The massager will stop automatically after 15 minutes of use.
PLEASE NOTE
- The massager will stop automatically after 15 minutes of use.
- Do not massage for more than 15 minutes at a time. Do not massage the same area of the body for more than 3 minutes. Otherwise, side effects may occur.
- The motor features a safety lock that should be turned on after one minute if the power is off.
PLEASE CHECK THE FOLLOWING IN THE EVENT OF A MALFUNCTION:
The following will result in the massager not working:
- AC adapter not plugged in correctly
- AC adapter not connected with the massager cord connection correctly
- The temperature increasing after prolonged use. (please put it aside 1 hour then use)
The following will cause the massager to stop:
- Undue force.
The motor has safety lock. After the power goes off, please wait one minute before powering back up. - After 15 minutes of use, the massager will stop automatically.
