    Machine Tools OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1 GENERAL The milling machine is a general metal-cutting machine tool, it is an ideal equipment for apparatus, manufacture, mold, construction ornament and so on. The machine consists of body, knee, worktable, main transmission structure, feed box, ram, coolant, lubrication, electric apparatus etc.

    Machine Tools OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 8 TRANSPORTATION, INSTALLATION AND TRIAL RUN 1) Transportation Must comply with outer sign of packing box to lift or lower machine. Any impact or vibration is prohibited. Must open box carefully, otherwise scratch the machine surface paint. After opening box, check all the accessories according to the packing list, check if there is any damage to each hand lever, handle or other protruding parts.

When the radial, runout of spindle is too big with noise, please adjust round locknut on the spindle to eliminate big clearance. 2. Check whether gib is loose, whether lubricating effect of ways surface is good, adjust gib and add oil.

To switch on /off the machine by pressing the power source switch QS. Before connecting, and check whether outer power supply is the same with required power source of the machine, and make sure the grounding wire is right and reliable.
