    Machine Tools OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Purpose The machine is a newly developed minitype CNC milling machine, which has fully enclosed guard, automatic lubrication system and cooling system, Gplus servo system. The structure of whole machine is reasonable, and quality of machine is reliable. It is suitable for auto, internal combustion engine, textile machinery, chemical industry, petroleum, electron and other industry.

    Machine Tools OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Table has cross structure. The headstock is driven by belt, so noise is low. The structure of machine is compact, so space usage is small. Machine adopts precision ball lead screw, so machining accuracy is high. The machine adopts infinitely variable speeds.

    Machine Tools OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 6 Trial run, operation, adjustment and maintenance 6.1 Trial run Before trial run, please clean the antirust oil on some parts of the machine carefully, then coat thin lubricating-oil on the outer surface. Operator Only can operate the machine after an hour of connecting with power supply.

Check whether the cooling valve is turned on, or there is not coolant in the cooling tank, or cooling pump is bad when the coolant is not spurted out from the nozzle after switching on the main switch.
