March 2025 Kubota BX70 Installation Manual Seal Kit Installation Instructions: 1. Take the under-seat upholstery and position it under the seat. Ensure there is adequate clearance for the seat and controls, and then glue into place. 2. Go to the left fender and take the 8” piece of 90° weather seal and slide it onto the edge of the PTO selector lever cover.

March 2025 Kubota BX70 Installation Manual 5. Take the 8 ¼” piece of 90° weather seal and slide it onto the edge of the throttle lever cover. 6. Take the 7 ½” piece of 90° weather seal and slide it onto the edge of the 3-pt lever cover.

March 2025 Kubota BX70 Installation Manual Standard Cab Installation Instructions: Prior to starting, park tractor in a well-ventilated location, lower all tractor attachments. 1. Disconnect rear flasher light harness and remove two-post ROPS from machine. Save fasteners to re-use later.

March 2025 Kubota BX70 Installation Manual 4. Remove the two cab doors by un-hooking the gas shock at the ball stud mounted to the door. To remove the gas shock on the left cab door, slide a flat screwdriver underneath the small clip on the end cap that must be pulled UP order to pop the shock off of the ball stud.

March 2025 Kubota BX70 Installation Manual 8. Once all isolators are started, torque the isolator fasteners to 200 ft-lbs. The M12 rear nuts should be torqued to 98 ft-lbs. The front bracket M14 fasteners should be torqued to 130 ft- lbs.

March 2025 Kubota BX70 Installation Manual 14. Take the SMV mount plate and apply bend to part that fits into sign mount. Adjust until such time that the SMV sign sits fairly straight when installed onto cab. 15. Remove off the factory fuel cap. Take the pre-assembled fuel fill assembly inside of the cab and check for tolerance to install onto fuel cap.

If cab is used in the summer, remove all vinyl panels, side glass pieces, and doors to ensure engine receives enough fresh air.

March 2025 Kubota BX70 Installation Manual 19. Route 3/8” ID hoses connect to the heater from the heater, through the large hole in the floorboard, behind the brake pedal, and to the open fittings on the engine. Connect the hoses to the fittings with provided HS-6 hose clamps.

March 2025 Kubota BX 50/60/70 Operator Manual General Safety 1. Never let an unqualified or untrained driver operate the tractor. 2. Keep a fire extinguisher, with ABC rating securely fastened in the ROPS. Maintain it and be familiar with its use.

March 2025 Kubota BX 50/60/70 Operator Manual Safe Operation on Rough Terrain 1. Drive the tractor slowly on hillsides and curves to eliminate the danger of tipping. Avoid slopes which are too steep for safe operation. Avoid sharp uphill turns.

March 2025 Kubota BX 50/60/70 Operator Manual Safety Decals 1. Keep decals clean. Remove dirt with a wet clean cloth when necessary. 2. Replace safety decals if destroyed, missing, painted over or unreadable. If any safety decals are covered or obscured when the ROPS is mounted, it is recommended that you purchase replacement decals from the tractor manufacturer.

Tools left in or around the ROPS and tractor can cause operator interference which could lead to bodily injury and/or damage the machine.
