Introduction

Braun Satin Hair Active Ion Brush has a uniquely designed jet stream that delivers ions onto your hair and helps instantly restore its shine. The ions effectively help to tame frizz and flyaways for touchable smoothness. The uniquely designed bristles ensure exceptionally gentle brushing to help prevent damaging the cuticule. As a result, the Braun Satin Hair Brush gives you significantly more shine from the first brush stroke for healthy looking hair*.

Batteries

The appliance operates on two 1.5 volt batteries. For best performance, use alkaline manganese batteries (type LR03, AM4, AAA).

Slide down the battery compartment cover (7), insert the batteries with the poles in the direction indicated and close the battery compartment. When the low battery indicator (6) lights up, it is time to replace the batteries.

Batteries may explode or leak and cause burn injury if recharged, disposed of in fire, mixed with a different battery type, inserted backwards or disassembled.

If battery leaks, wipe device with damp cloth and wash hands. If any material gets in eyes contact a physician immediately.

Remove the batteries before storing your device for extended periods.

Dispose of batteries according to national or local regulations.

There are no user-servicable parts included.

Operating Instructions

Slide up the on/off switch (5) in order to turn on the ion function. During operation, the ion light (4) shines and the ion outlet (1) releases a rich stream of ions. Make sure not to cover the ion outlet (1) with your fingers or palm in order to give free way to the ions.

After use, always slide back the switch (5) to its lower position to switch off the ion function and to protect the ion outlet from damage (e. g. when stored in a handbag). After 5 minutes of operation, the ion function switches off automatically. In this case, slide back the switch to its lower position.

User Maintenance Instructions

You may clean the brush housing with a damp cloth. For a thorough cleaning, the bristle pad (3) is removable: Press the release button (2) to remove the bristle pad and clean it with soapy water. Only re-insert the bristle pad after it has dried completely.
