Separate the cord winder from the motor
by simply sliding the motor upward (a).
Open out the hood fully, ensuring that there are no folds or creases in the plastic, particularly in the area where the hood is attached to the motor. Place hood on head before switching on. Also ensure that the motor is hanging correctly and is not twisted.
Lay the hood around your neck (b), then pull it over your head (c).
Unwind as much cord as you need and fix the cord by clamping it between the two ridges on the cord winder
(d).
Then fasten the cord winder to the hood
with the snap fastener
(e).
Turn the appliance on with the switch and select the temperature you find most comfortable (f).
= hot air
= warm air
= cool curl setting for long lasting curls
= off
When using the hood for the first time, do not switch to the high setting until the hood has been completely inflated. It is very important not to let hair cover the intake vents.
When your hair is dry, switch to the cool curl setting and let cool air blow on the hot curls for another 1-2 minutes. This will give them more body and bounce and makes your style last longer.
After use and before each cleaning, always unplug the appliance. For easy storage, clip the motor and the cord winder
back together and wrap the hood around both after the appliance has cooled off. Wipe the motor
and the hood
with a damp cloth only, never immerse into or hold under running water.
