    2. SAFETY INTRODUCTION 1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS. The below instructions and tips will help you to operate your Scooter safely. PLEASE NOTE - The Scooter is designed to be used by one person at a time and is not recommended for any person younger than 16 years old.

INTENDED USE: This scooter is not designed or intended for stunt tricks, including but not limited to jumps, back wheel wheelies, front wheel wheelies, or operating while standing on the scooter. Always stay seated, keep both hands on the handlebar, both feet on the foot pedal and all three wheels touching the ground while operating the scooter.

But while you actuate the brake handle, the rear wheels are not braked completely. You can turn Rough Adjusting Nut the fine adjusting nut by counter-clockwise to make brake tighten.
