This manual contains the necessary information for the installation, operation and maintenance of the WEMOB-EASY electric vehicle charging station (or charger). The following instructions are extremely important for the good performance of the WEMOB-EASY charging station and must be strictly followed during installation, maintenance and operation.

Do not let children near it when using it. ATTENTION! Do not use the WEMOB-EASY charging station at temperatures outside its operating range of - 30 °C to 50 °C (-22 °F to 122 °F).
1.4 DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING With the environment in mind, WEG develops and supplies products that contribute to reducing environmental impacts throughout their life cycle. User participation in the separate collection and recycling of used electrical and electronic equipment is also important to minimize any potential effects on the environment and human health.

For information on the return or collection for the proper disposal and recycling, contact WEG or send the charger to one of our authorized service centers. The charger must be disposed of separately at an appropriate collection point and not placed in the conventional waste stream. They cannot be disposed of in incinerators and city landfills either.

Designed for use with standard household power sockets, you can charge electric cars and plug-in hybrids easily and safely anywhere. Convenient and easy to use. Just connect it. The WEMOB-EASY is connected directly to the mains and performs important protection functions: overcurrent, overtemperature, overvoltage, undervoltage, earth leakage and other protection functions.
Figure 2.1: Overview of the WEMOB-EASY 2.5 OPTIONS The WEMOB-EASY charging station may feature a charging cable with type 1 (T1), type 2 (T2), GB/T or NACS plug, depending on the model purchased. According to the purchased model, compatible with your electric vehicle (EV).
Stop opening the package immediately. Photograph the damaged parts and/or components. If the WEMOB-EASY station is not installed soon, keep it in the package closed and store it in a clean and dry location with temperature between -30 ºC and 80 ºC (-22 ºF and 176 ºF).
When transporting the charging station, handle it with care to avoid damaging any of its components. ATTENTION! If the WEMOB-EASY charging station is transported loose or incorrectly positioned, it can easily move out of place in the event of braking, acceleration, sudden changes in direction or accidents, putting the vehicle occupants at risk.
4.1 MECHANICAL INSTALLATION The WEMOB-EASY charging station was designed for indoor or outdoor operation. It comes with a wall mounting bracket (sold separately) for fixing it to garage or parking walls, poles, columns or the like.
Install the station in environments with air circulation. Maximum altitude: 2000 m (6.600 ft) above sea level - rated conditions. For applications at higher altitudes, contact WEG. Condensation must not cause conductivity in the pollution. 4.1.2 Cleaning and Maintenance...

4.1.4 Attaching the WEMOB-EASY Station to the Wall Bracket To attach the WEMOB-EASY charging station to the wall bracket, follow the procedure below: 1. Bring the charging station close to the wall bracket docking points. 2. Slide the charging station down until it clicks into place on the bracket. You will hear a click when the controller is perfectly seated.

4.2.1 Selection of the Rated Current The maximum output power of the WEMOB-EASY charging station is 4.80 kW when the station is energized at 240 V (single-phase or two-phase) and at an output current of 20 A.
Check that the power supply line complies with local regulations and the power socket (2P+T), compatible with the station's power plug. The WEMOB-EASY charging station can be connected to single-phase or two-phase power supply lines (without neutral), with a rated voltage of 100 to 240 V ±10 % (50/60 Hz).
INSTALLING 4.2.3 Grounding Connection Requirements The WEMOB-EASY charging station must be connected to a protective earth (PE). Do not use the neutral for grounding, but a specific conductor. The grounding resistance must be lower than 100 Ω or lower than the maximum value defined in the applicable electrical installation standards, and the voltage between neutral and earth must be lower than 10 V.
6. Remove the protective rubber cover from the charging plug. 7. Insert the charging plug into the electric vehicle socket. The WEMOB-EASY charging station will automatically detect the vehicle's connection status. After connected to the vehicle, the charging station status LED will turn solid ORANGE.
NOTE! Each electric vehicle (EV) has its own method for releasing the connector. In case of problems removing the cable, it is recommended reading the vehicle manual, following the procedure for the model in question. 5-2 | WEMOB-EASY...
SAFETY FUNCTIONS 6 SAFETY FUNCTIONS The WEMOB-EASY charging station was designed focusing on the safety of the user and facilities. It includes the following safety features: Self-test at the start. Earth leakage detection (6 mA DC/ 30 mA AC).
