correctly on your own.

BEFORE USE:
Airways are
plugged with mucus.
QUICK START STEPS

CLOSE LIPS around
mouthpiece.
AFTER USE: As you
exhale through the
device, the airways are
opened.

INHALE and HOLD
2 to 3 seconds.
As the airways open,
vibrations help thin and
loosen mucus which can
then be coughed out.
This may help

EXHALE slowly
REPEAT and
and firmly for
cough as directed.
at least 3 to 4
seconds.
Aim for the
Green Zone.
