Make sure that the motorized floor nozzle is detached from the hand vacuum and wand. WARNING: Do not attempt to remove belt. Call the eureka customer service HELPLINE at 1-800-282-2886. Using flathead screwdriver or coin, turn screws to the 'unlock' position and remove the screws.
