Using the Pouring Shield The Pouring Shield can help keep ingredients in the bowl during mixing and has a pouring chute for adding ingredients during mixing. To place the Shield on the Bowl • Ensure that the mixer is not plugged in. Before placing the Mixing Bowl onto the Mixer, slide the Pouring Shield onto the Mixer Head. - Page 12 Mix: Turn the Control Dial to the desired mixing speed. You can adjust the mixing speed at any time during mixing. When you’re done mixing, turn the Control Dial to zero. The Mixer will stop mixing if the Mixer Head is lifted during operation.
