Achtung!
Diese Anleitung ist vor der Inbetriebnahme genau durchzulesen. Bei Schäden die durch
Nichtbeachtung der Anleitung verursacht werden, erlischt der Garantieanspruch. Für

Sicherheitshinweise
•
Die Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Servicearbeiten dürfen nur von qualifizierten Fachkräften
die mit den damit verbundenen Gefahren und Vorschriften vertraut sind durchgeführt werden.
•
Die Installation nur im spannungsfreien Zustand durchführen.
•
Der elektrische Anschluss ist nur an einer Netzleitung mit Trennvorrichtung zulässig.
•
Die Sicherungen dürfen nur durch einen identischen Typ getauscht werden.
•
Bei dem Betrieb ist auf eine ausreichende Warmluftabfuhr des Netzgerätes zu achten.
•
Das Netzgerät darf nur im vorgesehenen Temperaturbereich betrieben werden.
Allgemein
Das Netzgerät (Art.-Nr. 765612 / 765624) für die ortsfeste Innenmontage wird zur
Spannungsversorgung von elektrischen Komponenten,
Gefahrenmeldeanlagen, eingesetzt. Es dürfen nur gelöschte induktive Lasten betrieben werden.
Montage / Installation
1. Verschlussschrauben entfernen und den Gehäusedeckel öffnen.
2. Aufgrund der Geräteerwärmung darf das Gehäuse nur liegend (Abb. 3) oder hängend an der
einer freien, nicht abgedeckten Montagefläche befestigt werden. Bei der Wandmontage sind
nur die beiden Positionen (Abb. 1 und 2) zulässig.
3. Gehäuse mit Schrauben siehe Abb. 4 auf der Montagefläche befestigen.
4. Netzabdeckung an den Seiten siehe Abb. 4 zusammendrücken und herausziehen.
Zuleitungsadern der grünen LED nicht beschädigen, ggf. Klemmen lösen.
5. Die Betriebsanzeige (grüne LED) ist werkseitig mit den Anschlussklemmen verdrahtet.
6. Anschlusskabel durch die vorgestanzten Kabeleinführungen im Netzgerätboden oder die
beiden Tüllen an der Gehäuseseite einführen.
7. Zuerst Schutzleiter (PE) anschließen, dann Netzzuleitung L/N auflegen.
8. Ringbandkern gem. Abb. 4 und 5 einsetzen und jede Kabelader (plus/minus) mindestens
5-mal um diesen Kern wickeln.
9. + V (für die externen Verbraucher) gem. Abb. 5 anschließen.

10. Netzabdeckung wieder aufsetzen und einrasten, Anschlüsse auf korrekte Verbindung
kontrollieren und Gehäusedeckel aufsetzen und festschrauben.
11. Netzspannung einschalten.
•
Beim Anschluss von induktiven Lasten, wie z.B. Türhaftmagnete, ist generell eine
Freilaufdiode zum Kurzschluss der induktiven Spannungsspitzen erforderlich.
•
Der Anschluss von induktiven Lasten ohne geeignete Schutzbaugruppe ist nicht
zulässig.
•
Die erforderliche Nennspannung bei allen angeschlossenen Komponenten an den
jeweiligen Anschlussklemmen der einzelnen Geräte kontrollieren.
Wartung
Bei der Wartung den festen Sitz der Anschlusskabel und die Ausgangsspannung des
Netzgerätes direkt an den Ausgangsklemmen (+V / -V) prüfen.
Im Normalbetrieb leuchtet die Betriebsanzeige (grüne LED) des Netzgerätes.
Sollte die LED nicht leuchten:
•
Die Netzspannung und die Sicherung 250 V / 3 A sowie
•
Die Sicherung der Ausgangsspannung für externe Verbraucher +Vext. 250 V / 1,6 A bzw.
3,15 A prüfen (siehe Abb. 4).
Wichtiger Hinweis!
Bei dem Netzgerät für RAS handelt es sich um eine Informationstechnische Einrichtung (ITE)
der Klasse A gemäß DIN EN 55022: 2007.
Diese Einrichtung kann im Wohnbereich Funkstörungen verursachen. Bei einem Wohnbereich
handelt es sich um eine Umgebung, in welcher mit dem Betrieb von Rundfunk- und
Fernsehempfängern innerhalb eines Abstandes von 10 m gerechnet werden kann. In diesem
Fall sind vom Betreiber der Anlage angemessene Maßnahmen durchzuführen.

Safety instructions
•
The Installation, Commissioning and Service must be carried out by qualified technicians who
are familiar with the associated hazards and the applicable regulations.
•
To avoid shock hazards disconnect all power before installing the unit.
•
The power supply line connected to the unit's power input must be fitted with a suitable
disconnecting device.
•
When replacing fuses always use an identical fuse type.
•
Make sure that there is adequate ventilation so that the warm air generated by the unit during
operation can escape properly.
•
Never operate the power supply in environments outside the permitted ambient temperature range.
General
The power supply (Part No. 765612 / 765624) is designed for permanent indoor installation. It
wie z.B. Feststellanlagen in supplies power to electrical components like fire control door systems in hazard alarm systems. It
may only be used to power compensated inductive loads.
Installation
1. Remove retaining screws
2. In order to prevent an overheating the unit must be installed either horizontally (Fig. 3) or
vertically by fastening it firmly to a free, unobstructed surface. If you choose a wall installation
the unit must be mounted as shown in Fig. 1 or Fig. 2 – other positions are not permitted.
3. Fasten the housing to the chosen surface with the screws
4. Press the sides of the power terminals cover
care not to damage the connection wires of the green LED, disconnect the terminals if
necessary.
5. The on indicator (green LED) is pre-wired to the connection terminals at the factory.
6. Run the connection cables through the cable inlet holes in the base of the power supply unit
or through the two sleeves in the side of the casing.
7. First connect the earth (PE), then connect the power input line L/N.
8. Apply the toroidal core
with 5 winding around the core.
9. + V (for the external devices) connect as shown in Fig. 5..

10. Replace the power terminals cover and snap it into place. Check all the terminals for correct
connection and then replace the unit's lid and fasten it with the screws.
11. Turn on the power.
•
When connecting inductive loads like magnetic door locks, a diode protection circuit
must be connected to short the inductive voltage peaks.
•
Connection of inductive loads without a suitable protection circuit is not permitted.
•
Check that the voltage required for all connected components is correct at the
connection terminals of the individual devices.
Maintenance
Check all the cables for loose connections and check the output voltage directly at the output
terminals (+V / -V).
When the power supply is operating normally the power indictator (green LED) should be on.
If the LED does not light up:
•
The mains power supply and the fuse of the power supply
•
The power supply fuse
(refer to Fig. 4).
Important Note!
The Power Supply for RAS are class A information devices (ITE) as per DIN EN 55022: 2007.
This device may cause radio interference in a residential environment. The user may be legally
obliged to take appropriate action in any case of interference. A residential area is defined as an
area in which the operation of broadcast radio or television receivers must to be anticipated in a
range of 10 m from the device in question In this case the operator of the system is responsible
for all action needed.
