ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Before You Begin: (Phillips screwdriver required, not included)
Please identify all component parts and hardware pieces required before you begin. Carefully remove all of the
components from the packaging and set aside for assembly. Assemble on a soft surface to prevent scratching
during assembly.
Caution:
Tighten all components securely before use. Failure to do so may result in personal injury.
DO NOT use any sharp objects to open plastic wrapped components as damage to product or components may
result.
Warning:
CHOKING HAZARD - Small Parts. Adult Assembly Required.
DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO CLIMB ON FURNITURE
Serious or fatal injuries can occur from furniture tipping over. You must install Tipping Restraint Hardware (where
included) to help prevent the unit from tipping and causing accidental injury, instability, death or damage. The
tipping restraint is intended only as a safety measure, it is not a substitute for proper adult supervision.
To help prevent furniture from tipping over it must be permanently attached to the wall. Anti-Tip Safety Wall
Straps suitable for the unit weight and wall materials (if not included) should be purchased and installed.

STEP 1: Assemble the Headboard Support (B) to the HB Post (H1 & H2) left and right. Attach the Adjustable Feet (7) to the bottom of the HB Post (H). STEP 2: Assemble the Headboard Panel (A) to the HB Post (H1 & H2) left and right. Back View... - Page 4 STEP 3: Assemble the Footboard Panel (C) to the FB Post (J1 & J2) Left & Right. Attach the Adjustable Feet (7) to the bottom of the FB Post (J). STEP 4: Attach Side Rails (D & E) using Metal Brackets (10) and Bolts (1).
- Page 5 STEP 5: Assemble the Side Rails (D & E) to the Headboard and Footboard Panels (A & C) STEP 6: Attach the Adjustable Feet (7) to the bottom of the Support Legs (G) and attach the Support Legs through the Bed Slats (L) and into the Center Support (F).
- Page 6 STEP 7: Attach the Bed Slats (L) to the Side Rails (D & E) using Bolts & Screws. STEP 8: Attach Support Bars (K) to the Support Legs (G) then attach the Adjustable Feet (7).
- Page 7 STEP 9: Bolt the Support Bar (K) to the Bed Slats (L).
