GENERAL GUIDELINES & SAFETY
• It is the user's responsibility to read and follow all instructions.

• Inspect the product before use to ensure it is assembled properly and all parts are in safe working
order and free of defects.

• Parts and/or instructions are subject to change without notice.
• Fits on 2" hitch receivers.
• Do NOT use on tow-behind trailers including 5th wheel trailers, camping trailers, and RVs.
• NOT recommended for use with hitch adapters/extensions.
• Do not exceed the 2 bike/200 lb. capacity.
• Make sure bike tires are away from the exhaust to avoid damage.
• During travel, periodically check all hardware and straps to ensure they are secured
properly.
• Use caution when backing up, taking into consideration the extra length added to the vehicle.
• Drive carefully and use caution over speed bumps. Do not drive off-road with this carrier.
• Do not create excessive downward vertical force on any part of the carrier. This can create
force beyond the carrier's load capacity and cause damage to the carrier, bikes, and/or
vehicle.
• Remove the carrier before entering an automatic car wash.

  • Page 3 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 1. Align the holes on the supporting tube (2) and folding connector (1), then connect the two parts by inserting the M16*85 hexagon bolt (3) through the holes. Secure the bolt in place by screwing on the M16 lock nut (4). CAUTION: To ensure the rack will fold smoothly, do not overtighten the lock nut.
  • Page 4 Step 4. Two M8*20 carriage bolts are pre-installed in the crossbeam. Install the other crossbeam (8) on the supporting tube (2), farthest from the folding connector. Follow the steps outlined in Step 2. NOTE: The rectangular plate should be locked into the lower slot of the folding connector. This will ensure that the crossbeam assembly will be centered.

  • Page 6 Step 7: Align the holes of the folding tube with the holes on the vehicle’s 2’’ hitch receiver, then connect the two parts as shown below. Place an M16 shockproof bolt (15), through the M16 Spring Washer (16), M16 Flat Washer (17) and the aligned holes. Secure the bolt in place with the 3.8 pin (18), making sure to place the pin through the holes on the bolt.
  • Page 7 BIKE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1. First, lay the vertical bars horizontally as shown. STEP 2. Load the first bicycle in the position closest to the vehicle. Raise the adjustable tube assembly to align with the upper bicycle frame. Firmly secure the tube to the bicycle frame with the buckle strap.
  • Page 8 Note: The rear tire wheel cradle needs to be placed in front of the rear wheel. Adjust the wheel cradles based on the distance of the bicycle’s wheel base, ensuring the cradles are wide enough apart to support the bicycle tires. To move the cradles, open the cam gear (Step A) and slide them along the crossbeam.

  • Page 10 STEP 2. Pull the handle in the direction the arrow shows to fold the bike rack vertically, or to unfold it so it sits flat. The bike rack will automatically stop when it reaches a fixed position. Note: Before engaging the folding handle, the side mounted limit pin must be pulled and turned 90 degrees.
