1 Specifications:
• Soil Temperature Range: -20 ºC to +70 ºC (-4 ºF to +158 ºF)
• Air Temperature Range: -10 ºC to +50 ºC (+14 ºF to +122 ºF)
• Air Humidity Range: 20% RH to 99% RH

• Display of comfort degree:
appears when air and soil temperatures are between 15 ºC and 30 ºC.

3 Button Functions:
[ON/OFF] Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the meter. Press and hold this
button for 3 seconds to turn off the meter.
[ºC/ºF] Press to change the temperature unit between Celsius (ºC) and
Fahrenheit (ºF).
[HOLD] Press the HOLD button to hold the temperature value during
measurement.
4 Operations:
4-1 Loosen the screws, open the battery compartment cover, remove the
polarity insulator, replace the cover, and the meter will start working.
4-2 Press the [ºC/ºF] button to change the temperature unit between Celsius
(ºC) and Fahrenheit (ºF).
4-3 Sunlight intensity display area—9 levels: LOW-, LOW, LOW+, NOR-, NOR,
NOR+, HGR-, HGR, HGR+.
4-4 Press the [HOLD] button to hold the temperature and humidity values
during measurement; the backlight will flash for 10 seconds. Press again to
