OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Temperature-controlling instrument: the temperature is arranged at 338℉ at the time of exfactory (using the hot melt glue provided by our company); If hot melt glue of other style is adopted, the temperature can be adjusted according to its melting point. 2.

CAUTION: Do not push the adhesive when it is cold or the hot-melt time is not sufficient, or else it can be damaged. Keep the surroundings of the machine clean avoiding the impurity getting into the adhesive can and causing damage. Avoid touching the adhesive roller with the hard material which can damage it.

6.Press tightly the right handle down to position DN so as to press a folded line in the back cover (the cover over 160g should be made folded line manually or by creasing machine), and then turn back to position N 7.Push the right handle to position UP, the turning platform turn upwards, and draw the cover downwards slightly .

9. After brushing adhesive, draw the cover lightly with the left,turn the right handle to position N then press the right handle down to position DN and keep it for 6-8seconds. 10. Loose the right handle, and lay down the handle of the paper pressing clamp.

OPERATIONS FOR MAKING THE HARD COVER BOOK Preparations before the operation 1. Make the hard cover beforehand 2. Change to the hard cover pressing board Begin to operate A、 method I to make a hard cover 1.Lay down the handle of paper pressing clamp and open it, and put the hard cover between the turning platform and the paper pressing clamp.

3. Put the two self-sticky inner liner head pages on the two sides of the block, put them together into the hard covers after jogging, and set them close tightly to the positioning column. 4. Lock the paper pressing clamp tightly as a way of dealing with the softcover book.

6. Push the adhesive can to brush the adhesive (as brushing adhesive to the soft cover book) 7. Turn back, press down the right handle to DN and keep it slightly for about two seconds. 8.Open the paper pressing clamp, take the documents from below and close it.

9. Take out the finished document and tear off the surface paper of the inner liner headpages on the two sides. Stick the headpages on the inner side of the hard cover, and brush the headpages to-and-fro until even. B、method II to make a hard cover 1.put one sheet of A3 headpage at both sides of the paper block 2.put it into the paper pressing clamp ,turn it over upwards , brush adhesive onto it (twice),and take it out when it is cooled .
