• Remove or secure any loose components, such as trays, perforated plates, or drip trays, to prevent them from shifting or getting damaged during transport. • Use tape or fasteners to secure any doors, lids, or hinged parts. • Due to the heavy and delicate nature of the heating elements, ensure the unit is handled carefully, especially during loading and unloading.
OPERATIONAL USE 1. Power On and Set Temperature Connect the station to the power supply, then turn on the power using switch located at the front of the unit. 2. Set Temperature Set the temperature to the recommended level, usually between 65°C and 85°C (149°F - 185°F), to keep the fries warm without overcooking or drying them out.
3. Proper Cleaning Methods Use a damp, non-corrosive cloth with warm water and a mild detergent to wipe down the exterior surface and the power cord. Never use excessive water or spray the unit directly, as this could damage its electrical components and affect its functionality. 4.
Check the oil drip tray for excessive oil buildup. Empty the tray as needed to prevent overflow or fire hazards. Is there a strange smell? Inspect the heating elements or heat lamps for any signs of wear, discoloration, or damage. Clean the unit’s exterior and power cord to remove any grease or food splatter.
