Superjaws XXL is the ultimate portable work station, with its powerful 1 tonne clamping force and controlled clamping pressure. Constructed from tough,
powder-coated steel, SuperJaws XXL boasts a 1000mm / 39" clamping width and will securely clamp almost anything from timber and bikes to extra
wide items like doors and fence panels. Features include a lock/release switch for fast release of the workpiece, reversible jaws for extra-wide capacity,
and foot-operated clamping for hands-free operation. The greater load capacity of 250kg / 550lbs, allows larger workpieces to be clamped.

ASSEMBLY SuperJaws requires fitting of the rear handle before use. Fit the Rear Carry Handle (16) to the welded bracket and fasten the handle into position with the bolt and locking knob provided SETTING UP SuperJaws is simple to set up, and with a small amount Fig.1 Fig.2 of practice you will find it takes only seconds to master. -

4. Press the Foot Pedal Lock (10) so the Foot Pedal (11) Fig.9 Fig.10 can be lowered, as show in Fig 10. The foot pedal secures the two front legs, so should always be lowered after the front legs 5. Release the foot locking lever and pivot the Rear Stability Foot (14) so it is above the Rear Leg (15) when folded down, as shown in Fig 11. - Page 8 • If the jaw pads become worn, replacement pads are available from your Triton stockist • The Moving Jaw (2) can be fully removed and re-fitted in reverse, as shown in Fig 18, to allow for clamping level workpieces of 450-1000mm in size.
