Our products are built for use based on
proper installation and normal residential
use, on level ground. Please follow the
instruction manual when building your
shed and retain the manual for future
maintenance purposes.
Some of the safety and usage measures you may wish to consider include:
-snow load ratings vary by geographical location. If heavy or wet snowfall occurs, it is advisable to
sweep the snow off the roof(s).
-if the product is elevated, any structural and building code requirements are solely the customer's
responsibility, and should be abided by.
-in high or gusty wind conditions it is advisable to keep the structure securely grounded.
-have a regular maintenance plan to ensure screws, doors, windows and parts are tight.

    A. Floor Section Exploded view of all parts necessary to complete Floor Section. Identify all parts prior to starting. Note, Floor Footprint is 96” wide x 45 1/2” deep. Exploded Floor Section Plywood Floor Floor Joists (2) Small Floor Joist Frame Large Floor Joist Frame Floor Runners (5)
  • Page 5 4th Runner Flush with Floor Framing Position and attach Floor Runners to completed floor With Floor Joist Frames positioned frames with 6 - 2 1/2” screws per Runner . Make sure together flush, attach with 6 - 2 1/2” Runners are flush with outside and front and rear floor screws.
  • Page 6 Plywood is cut slightly smaller than floor framing. Keep plywood seams tight. Position Plywood so it sits flush with outside of floor joist framing. When correctly positioned, attach to all floor joists with 1 1/4” screws. Use screws every 16”. B.
  • Page 7 Starting on Side, position a Solid Wall Panel on top of plywood floor. The Wall Panel bottom framing will sit flush with plywood. Wall siding will over- hang the floor. Important: Make sure all walls are aligned in their upright position.
  • Page 8 With the corner wall attachment complete, position the second rear wall panel in place so bottom 2x3 wall framing is sitting flush with outside floor joists and plywood floor. Wall siding should overhang floor by approximately 1/2”. When positioned correctly, attach both wall panel studs together as per Step 12 with 3 - 2 1/2”...
  • Page 9 2x3 wall plate flush with plywood floor. When correctly positioned, secure Narrow Wall Once again position the 2x3 wall plate so Studs to Side Wall Stud with 3 - 2 1/2” screws. it sits flush on floor and siding overhangs. Note, Narrow Wall Panel is only 73”...
  • Page 10 Push Locate Door Header - Long (Dado Cut on edge facing out). Attach using 2 - 2 1/2” screws per end. Screw from top down into wall framing. Once again, align with inside of wall framing and other Door Headers. Hint- Push Side Wall to close any gaps between Headers. Locate both Vertical Door Jambs and position flush against front narrow wall stud.
  • Page 11 Extendor Framing overhangs Wall Framing by 1/2” Siding lines up Slight Gap Align siding of Angled Wall Extendor and Side Wall so they are flush. Note, When correctly aligned, vertical rear framing of Angled Gable Wall will overhang Side Wall framing by approx.

  • Page 13 Attach Horizontal Wall Cleats to Wall Extendor bottom framing and rear wall top framing so cleat is flush with extendor framing. There is a short and long wall cleat. Alternate alignment of screws so 1/2 screw into wall extendor framing and the other land in the rear wall top framing. Use 8 - 2” screws. To complete Wall Section, attach bottom 2x3 Confirm Doorway...
  • Page 14 3” wide Rear Soffit Board (2) 96” Mid Rafter Mid Rafter 22 1/8” 48” Centered on Rafter 22 1/8” Front 3” wide Soffit 4” wide Front Soffit Board (2) Confirm Rafter angle Locate 5 Rafters, 2 Front 4” wide Soffits and 2 Rear 3” wide Soffits. Lay out on level ground as shown in Illustration (A) below.
  • Page 15 Carefully flip completed Rafter Section over so 4” wide Soffit is facing the front and place on SpaceSaver walls. Note, once again, make sure 4” wide Soffit is positioned to the front of the shed. Position Rafter Section on walls so outside Rafters lay flush with gable framing equally from side to side and both Front and Rear Soffits are flush against both front and back walls.
  • Page 16 Simpson Strong Tie Connectors With Rafter Section correctly aligned, secure rafters to walls using Simpson Strong Tie Connectors. Start with outside rafters and secure 2- strong ties with 1 1/4” screws. Screw into Wall Extension Framing at the rear and the Wall Panel top framing at the front. Complete both sides. With outside rafters properly secured, completely secure remaining interior rafters using 3 - 2 1/2”...
  • Page 17 Roof Panel centered on rafter. For correct Roof Panel position, align panel so roof batten sits evenly on center Rafter. Complete both roof Panels Roof Seam With Roof Panel aligned, screw panels down to center rafter with 2 - 2.5” screws in the bottom row of shingles.
  • Page 18 Slide in another Long Filler Shingle and attach as per Step 40. On your last row of shingles, the Filler Shingle is precut to fit properly. Attach to roof with 2 -1 1/4” finishing nails. Strong Ties Secure roof panels to walls at both ends by positioning 2 Simpson Strong Ties on battens and outside rafters and securing with 4 - 1 1/4”...

  • Page 20 Skirting meets flush in center Rear skirting pieces will meet together in the center. Secure with 4 - 1 1/4” finishing nails per piece. Insert additional screws into siding as per Step 44. Gaps on outside will be covered by Corner Trim pieces later. Complete front and side skirting attachments.
  • Page 21 Attach Corner Filler Trims where gaps exist in front corners. Hammer with 8 - 1 1/4” finishing nails. Corner Fillers are positioned flush with siding and to the top of the bottom skirting. Angled Extendor Wall Corner Filler Trim Position and attach Corner Filler Trims in the rear as per Step 49. Flush with Narrow Wall stud.

  • Page 25 With Side Angle Cut Facia correctly aligned, attach Front Facia to rafter ends with 6 - 1 1/4” finishing nails per piece. Attach Side Angle Cut Facia to batten ends with 4 - 1 1/4” nails. Attach next piece of Front Facia. Align Facia in corner as per Step 62. Note, with Front Facia correctly aligned, a small gap may occur where they meet.

Start with horizontal Stop first centering over doorway and then complete both vertical stops. Use 4 - 2” screws per piece to secure. Close both doors and align so doors are straight.
