Do not remove or attempt to remove the sealed battery, there is a risk of explosion if the battery is tampered with. If you have a problem with the battery, please contact our Customer Support Service via support@myxplora.com.
XGO2 will only work with a Nano SIM card.
Install SIM card:
Power / SOS / Return Button
Reset Button
If the watch is not working, press the Reset Button for more than 10 sec to perform a hard-reset.
The Xplora App is available in the Apple and Google App stores. Search "Xplora" to find the App.
NOTE: Please ensure that you download the correct App for your Xplora watch.
