    3. PLANNING AND DESIGN 3.1. ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS Blink EV charging stations require a solidly grounded electrical system with the presence of a main bonding jumper or system bonding jumper. Ungrounded sources or impedance grounded sources of any type (resistor/reactor) are not suitable for Blink EV charging stations.
