Safety Measures • Before using the instrument, read this operation manual in detail. • The instrument operator should be familiar with the general use of electrical equipment or analytical instruments. • The instrument can be used indoors and outdoors but should avoid rain, corrosive gas, high dust concentrations, high temperature or direct sunlight and other places to use.

It has an adjustable boost speed ranging from 0.5 kV/s to 5.0 kV/s, with ten increments of 0.5 kV/s for precise voltage testing. This tester is controlled by a powerful microcomputer, which ensures stable and reliable performance.
