Place the filter into the rotating vane, then put the baffle plate on the bottom of the filter. Insert the brass screw through the baffle plate, filter and rotating vane (See Figure 3-1).

    CARE AND MAINTENANCE 6. To Re-install Drain Valve Assembly: Insert valve stem back into baffle ring. Snap the e-clip around the valve stem. NOTE: There is a groove in the valve stem for the e-clip to slide into.
