DO THIS
From the list of existing files, tap and hold the file that you want to
create a duplicate. The file menu list appears. Tap Create Copy.
Tap Menu > File > Send via E-mail... > Outlook E-mail. A new
e-mail template is displayed with the Excel file attached. Key in
the recipient's e-mail address, the subject, and your message. Tap
Send.
Tap Menu > File > Beam... From the list of devices, tap the device
you want to send the file to, then tap Tap to Send.
