Do NOT cover crumb tray or any part of the oven with metal foil. This will cause overheating of the oven.   • Page 6 To disconnect the appliance, grasp the plug and remove it from the outlet. Never use the product if the power cord shows signs of abrasion or excessive wear. Never wrap the cord tightly around the appliance, as this could place undue stress on the cord where it enters the appliance and cause it to fray and break.

    Before First Use Remove all packaging materials, such as plastic bags and foam inserts. Check to ensure that all parts and accessories are accounted for. Read and remove any stickers on the unit except for the rating label, which should remain on the oven. Wipe down the exterior and interior of the oven with a damp cloth and allow them to dry.
  • Page 8 Quick Start: How to Cook in the Air Fryer + Oven Open doors: pulling on either handle opens both doors simultaneously. Insert the crumb tray in its slot at the bottom of the oven. Plug the oven in. Place your food on the rack or pan of choice; if using the air fry basket, place it on the wire rack.

Air Fry This function uses fast-moving hot air to cook food to crisp perfection. It’s fantastic for cooking many frozen prepared foods like french fries, as well as fresh vegetables, chicken wings, and more.

For best results, cook at the lower end of the temperature range for up to 8 hours, or at the higher temperature for 4 hours. An ultra-low temperature plus a convection fan allows you to dehydrate fruits and vegetables and even make your own jerky.

    Cooking Tips You can use your own metal bakeware in the oven. Make sure that the top of the container is at least 1½ inches away from the upper heating element. Do not use glass or ceramic bakeware. When air frying, try tossing food in a little oil before cooking to enhance browning and crisping.

    Keep It Clean Cleaning the unit is super easy, and its dishwasher-safe accessories provide an added cleanup convenience. Unplug the oven and let it cool completely before cleaning. Using a sponge, soft cloth, or nylon pad, wash the glass on the doors with dish soap and warm water.
