- Page 3 IV. Montage instructies voor de ingebruikneming A. Voor ingebruikneming 1. Kettingtakels met loopkatten zijn onderworpen aan de machine richtlijnen. Voor de eerste ingebruikname dient een inspectie door een deskundige te worden uitgevoerd. Hiervoor alstublieft contact opnemen met uw dealer. 2. Het takel kan binnen een temperatuurgebied van -40° en +60°C worden toegepast. Bij extreme omstandigheden dient de fabrikant te worden geraadpleegd.

Check hoist for unfastened screws or twists in the chain before using it and eliminate failures. 6. Repair works on ELLER® hand hoists shall only be carried out by the manufacturer or an instructed repair shop respectively by using ELLER® spare parts. - Page 6 IV. Assembly instructions prior to initial operation A. Before initiation 1. Chain hoists with travelling trolleys are required under the Machinery Directives to have an examination following installation onto the beam by a competent person before the first use. 2. The hoists can be operated in ambient temperatures between -40° and +60° C. Consult the manufacturer in case of extreme working conditions.

V. Inspection before use 1. The chains and hooks have to be inspected regularly! Clean the chain before inspection and lubricate the load chain periodically to prevent corrosion. NEVER lubricate the brake! Do not allow the load chain to be subjected to shock loads. Check load chain for stretch/wear. -
