4.7 Installing the Motorized Front Wheel Front Brake Disc Front Brake Caliper Ensure that the front wheel is centered within the front fork. Fit the motorized front wheel (26) onto the suspension fork. Ensure: • The wheel axle is snugly held by the fork tips. The front brake disc is well fitted into the front brake caliper.

Press the front brake lever on the left handlebar to test the front brake system. If necessary, adjust the front brake system until it works effectively. If the brake disc come loose, tighten its locking bolts using the M4 hex wrench (S). For details, see §5.1 Brake System on Page 35.

4.9.2 Connecting the Rear Fender Stays to the Rear Frame Use 2 sets of the selected bolts and nuts to connect the fender stay to the fan-shaped bracket on the rear frame (2). Select the 4 sets of M6×16 Phillips bolts (F) and M6 nuts (C). 4.10 Feeding the Rear Brake Cable Rear Brake Caliper Rear Brake Cable Use the M5 hex wrench (T) to tighten the clamp bolt, securing the cable to the caliper. 4.11 Installing the Rear Basket 4.11.1 Assembling the Basket Frame Insert the locking pins (K) into the slots to join the sides. Push the tabs (L) onto the bottom of the pins to secure the joints. Unfold the rear basket frame (1) as shown.
4.11.2 Mounting the Basket Frame Select the slats (A), M8×40 hex-head bolts (E) and M8 nuts (B). Place the slat (A) onto the basket, aligning its slots with the rear frame’s holes. Use the selected bolts and nuts to secure the basket to the frame.
4.12 Installing the Chain Guard Use the dual-purpose screwdriver (O) to remove the two bolts from the supports beside the front and rear cogs. Use a removed bolt to secure the guard to its front support. Place the chain guard (16) over the front cog and long chain Use the other removed bolt to secure the guard to its rear (15) as shown.
4.13 Installing the Pedals Note: Identify the separate pedals, which ARE different and should NOT be mixed up. The left pedal (17) is marked with L and the right (18) with R. The threads on the two pedals are opposite, twisting in the wrong direction may damage the pedal threads.

Check that the handlebars remain centered to the tricycle frame and the front wheel. Retighten the bolts until the handlebars cannot be tilted.
5.3 Saddle Height Rotate the locking handle counterclockwise. Raise or lower the saddle to your desired height. Check that the saddle’s centerline remains aligned with the tricycle frame. Rotate the locking handle clockwise until the saddle is locked into place. Sit on the saddle, checking that it is truly secure and correctly aligned.
