    Allgemeine Hinweise Konformität Konformitätserklärung Der TOPlift L+ edition ist eine Maschine im Sinne der Richtlinie 2006/42/EG des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 17.05.2006 (Maschinenrichtlinie) und fällt dort unter Anhang IV, Nr. 17 (Maschinen zum Heben von Personen oder von Personen und Gütern, bei denen die Gefährdung eines Absturzes aus einer Höhe von mehr als 3 m besteht).

    Aufbau Kurzbeschreibung Der Servicelift TOPlift L+ edition dient dem Transport von Personen bzw. Material zu höhergelegenen Arbeitsplätzen in einer Windenergieanlage (WEA). Der Servicelift besteht aus einer geschlossenen Kabine mit einer elektrisch angetriebenen Seildurchlaufwinde, die den Servicelift am Tragseil entlang hebt.

    Wartungspersonal Prüfungen, Wartungen und Generalüberholungen dürfen nur von folgendem Personal ausgeführt werden: Autorisiertes Personal der Firma Hailo Wind Systems  Autorisiertes Personal, das entsprechend qualifiziert ist und von Hailo  Wind Systems geschult wurde (befähigte Personen). Wartungsintervalle WARNUNG! Verletzungsgefahr durch unentdeckte Mängel am Servicelift.

    5 Jahren erforderlich, je nachdem, welches Ereignis zuerst eintrifft. Betriebsstunden oder 5 Jahren Bitte wenden Sie sich in diesem Fall an Hailo Wind Systems! Wird der Windenmotor an einem Anschluss mit 60 Hz betrieben, so zeigt der Betriebsstundenzähler einen um 20% erhöhten Wert an. Dann ist die Generalüberholung nach 5 Jahren oder 300 Betriebsstunden durchzuführen!
