    4. Sicherheits- und Gebrauchshinweise Werkzeuge dürfen generell nur ihrem Zweck entsprechend unter den vorgesehenen Bedingungen und innerhalb der Gebrauchsbeschränkung benutzt werden. Unsachgemäße Handhabung und Fehlbedienungen können die Genauigkeit verändern bzw. bis zur Beschädigung führen. Sowohl bei der Ersten Anwendung als auch nach längerer Lagerzeit sollte der Drehmomentschlüssel für die gleichmäßige Schmierung mehrmals betätigt werden.

    Die Drehmomentschlüssel sind wiederholgenau bis 5000 Lastwechsel. Danach sollten sie überprüft bzw. neu justiert werden. Eine Überprüfung sollte in jedem Fall mindestens einmal jährlich stattfinden. KS Tools bietet eine Überprüfung mit Zertifikat nach DIN EN ISO 6789 in seinem eigenen Prüflabor an.

    4. Safety and usage instructions Tools may only be used according to their intended purpose under the intended conditions and within the limits of use. Improper handling can affect the accuracy or lead to damage. For both the first application and after a longer storage period, the torque wrench should be actuated several times in order to ensure a uniform lubrication.

    The torque wrenches are repeatable up to 5000 load changes. Afterwards, they should be checked or re-adjusted. The tool should be inspected at least once annually. KS Tools offers a test with a certificate according to DIN EN ISO 6789 in its own test laboratory.

  • Page 21 4. Sécurité et instructions d’utilisation Les clés doivent exclusivement être utilisées pour ce à quoi elles sont destinées et dans les conditions d’utilisation prévues. Une utilisation inappropriée peut affecter l‘exactitude de la mesure ou endommager le produit. Avant la première application ou après une longue période de stockage, la clé dynamométrique doit être actionnée plusieurs fois dans le but d‘assurer une lubrification uniforme.

  • Page 24 Les clés dynamométriques sont garanties jusqu‘à 5000 déclenchements. Ensuite, elles doivent être vérifiées ou réajustées. L‘outil doit être inspecté au moins une fois par an. KS TOOLS fournit un certificat de calibrage selon la DIN EN ISO 6789 effectué dans son propre laboratoire de test dynamométrique.
  • Page 25 Le laboratoire de calibrage KS TOOLS répond à toutes les prérogatives de la norme. Il est régulièrement contrôlé par le Service de Calibrage Allemand (DKD). Le fabricant n‘est pas tenu responsable des dommages corporels et/ou des dégâts matériels occasionnés par une mauvaise utilisation de l‘outil.

Un utilizzo non conforme ed un funzionamento scorretto possono portare a mancanza di precisione o addirittura al danneggiamento.

    Le chiavi dinamometriche garantiscono la loro precisione per 5000 cicli di carico. Poi devono essere controllate e ritarate. Un controllo dovrebbe essere eseguito on ogni caso con cadenza annuale. La KS Tools mette a disposizione a questo scopo il proprio laboratorio certificato secondo DIN EN ISO 6789.
  • Page 33 Il laboratorio KS Tools risponde a tutti i principali requisiti e norme e viene regolarmente controllato dal Deutschen Kalibrierdienst (DKD). Il produttore non risponde di danni a cose o persone che siano da ricondurre ad un uso improprio della chiave dinamometrica.
