Remove protective film and packaging before installing parts.
Assemble grill in area where you intend to keep it to minimize moving.
Do not use power tools for assembly.
Assemble grill on a flat, level, non-abrasive surface (can use disassembled box as a liner for assembly surface).
Always keep lid closed when assembling or moving your grill.

    ASSEMBLY – CONT. 11 | RIGHT SIDE TABLE 12 | CONTROL PANEL (PRE-INSTALLED ON SIDE TABLE) Align and tighten all 4 pre-installed orange screws Cut zip tie holding Control Panel before installing Align table with nut locations and screw all nuts down Position control panel into right side table by first at the back of the control panel.

Then, from the back of the cabinet, install the back screw. This will prevent risk of hitting head inside of NOTE: You may need to bend the hose to fit it in place.

    ASSEMBLY – CONT. 15 | PROPANE HEAT SHIELD 16 | CONTROL DIALS Install propane heat shield with two screws. NOTE: No screws needed; press burner dial in place according to the images below. IMPORTANT: Ensure heat shield is installed in the correct orientation. Reference images for correct orientation. Installing in the incorrect orientation may lead to grease buildup.
