9. Never continue to operate the machine if it starts making unusual noise or vibration. Shut the engine off immediately, allow the rotor to stop, disconnect the spark plug wire and secure the wire away from the spark plug.Inspect the unit for any signs of damage or foreign material in the chipping or shredding areas.

Tools Required open-end wrench 10mm x2, 12mm x1, 13mm x2(No included) Nipper x1(No included) Step 1: Assemble the Engine Support (Fig.01) Parts: Equipment Body, Engine Support Hardware: M8 Nuts ×4, M8x60 Bolt ×4 Tools: 12mm&13mm open-end wrench (no included) 1) Put the chamber of Equipment Body on the ground. 2) Take the M8x60 bolts, and go through the holes between the engine support and engine base.

Step 3: Assemble the Wheels (Fig.03) Fig.03 Parts: Wheel ×2 Hardware: Cotter Pin ×2, ø16 Flat Washer ×2 Tools: Nipper(no included) 1) Recognize the wheel’s different sides. 2) Put the wheels at the wheel bracket shaft. 3) Install the ø16 Flat washer. And then insert the cotter pin to the hole of bracket shaft.

Step 5: Assemble the Discharge Chute (Fig.05) Fig.05 Fig.05 Parts: Discharge Chute Hardware: / Tools: 13mm open-end wrench (no included) 1) 3 M8x16 Bolts, elastic and flat washers were pre-in- stalled on chamber body. 2) At feed-in chute side, remove the 2 M8x16 bolts together with the elastic and flat washers.
5. OPERATION DANGER 1. THE EXHAUST FROM THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS CARBON MONOXIDE GAS. CARBON MONOXIDE IS A COLOR- LESS, ORDERLESS AND TASTELESS GAS THAT CAN CAUSE DIZZINESS, NAUSEA, UNCONSCIOUSNESS OR EVEN BRAIN DAMAGE AND DEATH IF INHALED FOR PROLONGED PERIODS. 2.
Chipper Operation 1. Do not insert your hands into the feed-in chute while the equipment is running. 2. Wood chips are ejected at high speed during operation; do not allow the discharge direction to be aimed at operator. The discharge direction can be adjusted using the star head bolts. 3.

Chipping Knives Replacement If the cutting performance of the equipment decreases, the feed-in chute can be disassembled to check if the blades are Bolt dull, worn, or broken, and then the blades should be replaced. Tools: 5mm hex key x1, 13mm open-end wrenches x2 1.
