Rebuild Kit #16274
Kit Includes:
- Inner spindle seal x 2
- Outer spindle seal x 2
- Inner Igus solid bearing x 2
- Outer Enduro cartridge bearing x 2
- Spindle nut x 2
- Outer bearing carrier x 2
1. Disassembly: Remove the four body
screws with a 3mm hex wrench and set
aside.
2. Separate the body halves to expose the spindle / bearing / wing assembly. Clean
and set body halves aside.
Doubleshot Pedals
Doubleshot 2 / 3 Overhaul and rebuild kit install
Tools needed:
Grease
8mm Hex Wrench
Torque Wrench
3mm Hex Wrench
8mm Socket
Blue Threadlocker
3. Apply pressure to the spindle to expose
the end cap in the assembly. Remove,
clean and set aside.

- Page 2 4. Using an 8mm hex and 8mm socket, unscrew the nut at the end of the spindle and 5. If needed, remove the inner seal from the inner Igus bearing. Remove the inner Igus set aside. Remove the spindle from the assembly. Slide the seal(s) off the spindle, bearing and outer Igus bearing carrier from the wing assembly and set aside.
