    BEFORE FIRST USE First all, read this user manual from start to finish, you will be familiar with your tea machine in 10 minutes. Then, remove the parts of your tea machine from their packaging.     FILLING WITH WATER ALWAYS remove the appliance from its power base unit when filling with water, to prevent the water to be spilled out on the power base. Do not fill with less than 0,5 liter of water or more than 2 liter of water. If you attempt to boil a quantity of water below the minimum level or above the maximum level, the appliance may switch off rather early or the boiling water may eject from the spout, respectively.

    HEATING WATER You can use the tea maker for the purpose of heating and boiling wa- ter also, if required. After filling with water between the minimum and maximum level, place the kettle onto the power base unit, put on the lid of the kettle, open the main switch and press the boiling switch.

  • Page 35 VERWENDUNGSZWECK +Die Teemaschine von Homend ist ein sehr praktisches Gerät für die klassische Zubereitung von Tee. +Ihr Gerät kocht das Wasser in nur sehr kurzer Zeit und schaltet automatisch in die “Warmhaltefunktion” um, wodurch 80% Energie gespart werden. +Die “Warmhalten”-Funktion gibt Ihnen die Möglichkeit, das Wasser mit minimalem Energieaufwand kochend zu halten.
  • Page 36 Achten Sie dabei darauf, dass der Wasserstand im Gerät maximal ist. Gießen Sie nach jedem Kochen das heiße Wasser aus, spülen Sie das Innere des Gerätes gründlich aus und füllen Sie das Gerät erneut mit kaltem Wasser. +Es ist normal, dass sich nach dem Kochen des Wassers je nach Wasserhärte pulverförmige Rückstände bilden.
