Daily Maintenance
Read this entire section before cleaning the unit. Failing to follow these guidelines could cause damage
to the device. This product must be cleaned as normal preparation for each patient.
The use of the sleeve is an additional precautionary measure against contamination and does not substitute
disinfection of the device. Disposable sleeves are designed for single-use only. After using, remove the sleeve.
Clean the optical light guide rods and the handpiece with a cloth moisture with alcohol or cleaner.
The body of the device may be wiped with a solution indicated for surface disinfection. Follow all solution
manufacturer's guidelines for use. DO NOT USE a solution containing bleach. DO NOT IMMERSE.
