Introduction

JVC introduces two new tapeless HD combo decks
featuring a HDD (SR-HD1500: 500GB,
SR-HD1250: 250GB), Blu-ray recorder, and SDHC
compatible SD card slot. As the world's only*
professional HD combo deck with a Blu-ray disc
recorder, the SR-HD1500/HD1250 incorporates a
variety of interfaces to facilitate link-up with
external devices. Both recorders are compatible
with HD cameras supporting HDV and AVCHD, and
the SR-HD1500 can import .MOV files from JVC's
ProHD cameras (19mbps and 25mbps) in SP mode.
Once footage is imported onto the deck's HDD from
a variety of media and interfaces, HD content can
be edited, archived and/or dubbed onto Blu-ray
