Safety Instructions Always read the safety instructions carefully. Keep this equipment away from humidity. Lay this equipment on a reliable flat surface before setting it up. The openings on the enclosure are for air convection hence protect the equipment from overheating. DO NOT COVER THE OPENINGS. Confirm the voltage of the power source and adjust accordingly to 110/220V before connecting the equipment to the power inlet.

Intended Use The CyberMed G15 is designed for general pc application for health care environment. It may be used for Radiology, PACS (Picture Archiving Communication Systems), LIS (Lab Information Systems) and Electronic Medical Record purpose. It shall not be used for life-supporting system.

2. If the G15 does fall to the ground, immediately turn the power off and disconnect cords. Then contact an authorized service personnel for repairs. Continual use of the G15 may result in a fire or electric shock. Also, do not repair the unit on your own.
The G15 uses 19V DC output from an adapter. Connect the unit to a power source with the same numerical value as indicated. Please use only the power cord provided by the dealer to ensure safety and EMC compliance.
1. If the unit is not functioning properly, observe the performance level closely to determine what type of servicing is needed. 2. Do not attempt to repair the G15 on your own. Disassembling the cover exposes users to high voltages and other dangerous conditions. Notify and request a qualified authorized service personnel for servicing the unit.
