operating voltages may require the use of different power cords and/or mounting plugs.

Product description Front POWER button For switching the device on and off and displaying the operating status. VFD Display A vacuum fluorescent display (VFD) is used to display all menu details and functions. VOLUME/MENU switch Rotary switch for choosing the desired volume level. After pressing the switch you can change between the different inputs. - Page 4 AMP IN For the connection to a preamplifier or looping in an external DSP via RCA cable. PRE-OUT For the connection to a power amplifier like the IOTAVX PA40 or looping in an external DSP via RCA cable. REC OUT For the connection of a recorder with an analog audio input.
- Page 5 SA40 to connect it via RCA to the respective power amplifier like the IOTAVX PA40. The SA40 will always playback the right stereo channel in this mode. In this case, the speakers are connected to the two plus poles (+) of the SA40 as shown on the back of the device.

Basic operation Before making any connections between the SA40 and other devices, read the manuals that came with your other components. Do not connect the power cord to this device until you have completed and verified all connections. - Page 7 If APD is ON, the SA40 will automatically set itself into standby mode if it doesn’t detect an input signal for 30 minutes. If APD is OFF, the SA40 will always stay on until it is set to standby mode via the power button on the remote control or the device.

- Page 14 Bevor Sie irgendwelche Verbindungen zwischen dem SA40 und anderen Geräten herstellen, lesen Sie die Handbücher, die mit Ihren anderen Komponenten geliefert wurden. Schließen Sie das Netzkabel erst an den SA40 an, wenn Sie alle Verbindungen abgeschlossen und überprüft haben. Einschalten des Geräts: Drücken Sie die POWER-Taste, um das Gerät einzuschalten.
- Page 15 Lautsprecher von -10 bis 10. Wenn APD ON ist, schaltet sich der SA40 automatisch in den Standby-Modus, wenn er 30 Minuten lang kein Eingangssignal erkennt. Wenn APD OFF ist, bleibt der SA40 immer eingeschaltet, bis er über die Power-Taste auf der Fernbedienung oder am Gerät in den Standby-Modus versetzt wird.
