General Info SABER/HERALD Fully Assembled As Bellow: We have many other colors in these two series,the following pictures are for reference only. - Page 4 Open the bike box and remove the small box inside.With the help of another person capable of safely lifting a heavy object,remove SABER/HERALD from the bike box.Carefully remove the packaging material protecting the bike frame and components.Open the small box and carefully set out all contents.

- Page 7 ①Remove the screw from front wheel ②Put front wheel in right position Make sure the disc rotor be in the middle of the caliper. Put the fork on the axle Make sure the disc rotor be in the middle of caliper Put the fork on the axle...
- Page 8 ④Fully seat the axle in the fork dropouts ③Install the skewer into the front wheel axle thread the thumb nut onto the (and the brake rotor in the caliper) and turn skewer a couple turns. the thumb nut, as shown. Using the Wrench(15mm) to tight the thumb nut.As below picture.
- Page 9 Kindly note that rear brake cable is on the left side of theframe while derailleur cable is one the right side of the frame for Saber.
- Page 10 ②Locate the four handlebar face plate bolts in the accessory box. ③Center the handlebar and tighten the four stem face plate bolts evenly and part way.
- Page 11 Step 4: Lock the handlebar stem by tightening the screws as shown below,please make sure that the front wheel is aligned to the handlebar before tightening) If handlebar looks a little crooked by transportation,please adjust the two screws to adjust the handlebar direction.
- Page 12 Step 5: Install Front Fender and Headlight. ①Remove the fender and headlight mounting bolt from the fork arch and set aside. ②Place the FRONT fender(short one) in position. From the back of the front tire, pass the front fender mounting point under the front fork arch. ③Plug in the headlight.
- Page 13 ④Then unscrew the 2 screws and bolts on both sides right below the fork (see image below), and screw the fender mounting arms in.
