With optional 22KW electric heat, the unit can provide temporary heat as well, allowing for multi-seasonal usage. The OPAC144 is designed to pass through a standard commercial doorway, allowing access to interior building spaces for critical cooling applications. The heavy-gauge steel cabinet is fabricated with an integral welded frame to maintain the integrity of the cabinet when handled by heavy equipment. -

LIMITED WARRANTY The Manufacturer (OceanAire, Inc.) warrants to the original owner that the Product will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period not to exceed one (1) year from date of installation. If upon examination by the Manufacturer, the Product is shown to have a defect in material or workmanship during the warranty period, the Manufacturer will repair or replace, at its option, that part of the Product which is shown to be defective.
