8. Duplikaty karty gwarancyjnej nie będą wydawane.
9. W ramach gwarancji klient ma prawo żądać następujących rodzajów świadczonego bezpłatnie zadość
uczynienia:
a) naprawy produktu,
b) wymiany produktu,
c) obniżenia ceny,
d) rozwiązania umowy i pełnego zwrotu poniesionych kosztów.
10. W przypadku dostarczenia brudnego produktu serwis może odmówić jego przyjęcia lub też na koszt
klienta za jego pisemną zgodą dokonać czyszczenia.
11. W przypadku pozytywnego rozpatrzenia reklamacji sprzętu objętego gwarancją, sprzęt zostanie
naprawiony / wymieniony na nowy lub zostaną klientowi zwrócone pieniądze. Koszty transportu
towaru do klienta pokrywa serwis producenta.
12. W przypadku odrzucenia reklamacji gwarancyjnej, klient otrzyma szczegółowe uzasadnienie podjętej
decyzji oraz w terminie do 14 dni od momentu przekazania decyzji, sprzęt zostanie odesłany do
klienta na jego koszt.

extreme cases even death.
• Every product user should get acquainted with the safety information.

The product assembly should be carried out according to the manual by adults.

Having completed the product assembly, ensure all connections are tight.
• Product should be used only for the purpose described in this manual. Only mount the product to a
compatible safety net kit. Do not mount the product on any other device, structure, or in any way not
included in this manual.
• Do not install any accessories or additions on the basketball or safety net that are not approved by the
manufacturer as compatible.
• Do not hang, kick or climb any part of the product, including the hoop. The hoop is designed to
withstand rigorous use, but is not designed to hang from it. Suspension from the rim may result in
damage to the post and the trampoline to which it is mounted. Damage resulting from hanging from
the rim is not covered by the warranty.

Avoid wearing loose clothes and jewellery. Otherwise, there is a risk of your clothes' and jewellery's
engagement with the product components.
•
Do not attempt to repair or modify the product yourself.
