Remote Microphone, Bluetooth and Telecoil.
When the device is turned on, press the power/mode
button briefly to toggle between the device modes.
Wearing Widex Sound Assist
Widex Sound Assist can be carried using the
integrated metal clip. It can be attached directly on
to the garment or the neck loop.
REMOTE MICROPHONE
Partner microphone
When a single speaker is wearing the Widex Sound
Assist, the device automatically streams the voice of
the person you're talking with to the hearing aid.

better.

Questions and answers
I have been using the Widex SOund Assist with my work laptop for quite a while now and it has worked flawlessly. I recently got a new work laptop (first model was a Dell Lattitude 5420, it was replaced with a Dell 5440). Now I can't get the new laptop to recognize the Sound Assist when plugged in to the new laptop. Is there a seeeting I need to change on the laptop? Or does the Sound Assist somehow need to be reset?
