• Model Number (see example below)
• Proof of Purchase (online confirmation, receipt, gift receipt)
• Date Code (see example below)
• Access Code (see example below)

How do I register my product?
All you need to do is fill out a simple Chefman® registration form.
You can easily access the form in one of the two ways listed below:

• Scan the QR code to the right to access site.
